The shared kitchen was a fantastic facility, allowing us to prepare meals and connect with fellow travelers, making our three-night visit feel cozy and communal. The owner's kindness and excellent communication made navigating Takayama a breeze, enhancing the overall value for money. With stunning mountain views and a location just a five-minute walk from the historic center, Hanzansha is truly a gem for those seeking an authentic Japanese getaway.
